Step One… get your Estimate.

b. Use our convenient online calculators for an instant estimate that is immediately emailed to you. This is perfect if you have an idea of your home’s attic size, don’t want to use the phone, or you’re reading this after business hours. After you’ve used the calculator, Dan will initiate a quick call to you to answer any questions and offer help in getting your calculator as accurate as possible for you.
c. Regardless if you chose a or b, you’re going to speak with Dan. Your brief conversation with Dan is needed, so you know and we know if we’re a good fit for each other. (We never want to accept a job that we cannot fulfill). He creates an actual Estimate for our Attic Makeover Service that is sized to fit your attic. Within moments of your call, He emails our Estimate to you, so you see the step-by-step service we provide, and the estimated investment that it will cost you.
Step Two… Bob Evaluates Your Attic.
2. If you like our description of work, and our estimate is in your budget, then you may be ready to discuss scheduling. If you’re ready to schedule your Attic Makeover, you need to reach Savannah or Dan in our office. They will take your call, text, or email.
3. They will send you (by email or text, whatever you prefer) a link to Bob’s calendar. You schedule a 45 minute time-slot that is convenient for you, and Bob will arrive to evaluate your attic.
a. Bob will evaluate your attic, and make any adjustment to the estimate that you and Dan created, to accurately reflect the attic and your choice of options and services. He gives you the actual, final quote (dollar amount) while in your house.
b. While at the house, Bob will ask for a 20% down payment to schedule your project.
c. For the few who aren’t ready to schedule right then, Bob will ask for a $50 consultation fee. When you later schedule your project, your $50 consultation fee is applied toward your down payment.
Step Three… Get Your Actual Quote.
4. In 48 hours or less, Bob will have sent to you, your REVISED QUOTE that accurately reflects the results of his attic evaluation, and our step-by-step work scope specifically designed for your Attic Makeover.
