We recently moved into an older home that needed updated insulation in the attic. Working with the Bird Family was absolutely amazing. From getting a quote to installation day - communication was strong, they were knowledgeable, helpful, honest and timely. True professionals with amazing personalities that make them feel like friends. We can’t wait to work with them again for phase two of our project: insulating our crawl space.

The Bird family installed attic insulation in our almost 50 year old house. We had an outstanding positive experience working with them. They were prompt, responsive, professional, and did everything they said would be done. I especially liked their friendliness, caring attitude, and thorough explanations for any questions asked. They were patient and kind people. It was a very nice experience working with each person from the first contact with their office through completion of the job. I was very satisfied with selecting the Bird family for this home improvement project.

We had Bird Family Insulation give us a quote 5 years ago. We decided to hold off at the time to get a renovation done. Renovation was completed and they were the first company they called. The on-line estimate was a great jumping off point. They came out quickly to give us the official quote and then we had our new insulation in less than a week. We have noticed a huge difference in home staying a stable temperature and my daughter's room that always had the extreme temps is stable like the rest of the rooms. They arrived on time, got the job done in less than 2 hours, and cleaned up. The men working for this company are respectful and polite. Would 100% recommend them!

I like working with family owned businesses, so I’m glad we found Bird Family. They came out, gave me an estimate, and great explanation of the services and what I’d be getting. Johnny and Buddy were very pleasant and did great work. My expectations were exceeded and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This was a great experience! Realized i had a moisture issue and wasn’t sure the cause. Chris came in and thoroughly explained the issues and how they could help! They came on a saturday to complete the insulation, which worked great with my work schedule! They were very friendly, explained in detail what they were going to do, completed the work quickly, and explained what they did and how it would help. They were very honest, trustworthy, friendly and i never felt as though i was getting a sales pitch or being pressured. I highly recommend. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Home was built in 1983 needed insulation badly.. they came through very efficient, effective, wonderful company. This company is immaculate and very professional as well as respectful. I would recommend them easily

Daryl did an incredible job cleaning and sanitizing our ducts. He was polite and professional from start to finish and his work was proficient. One of our ducts had detached in my daughters' bedroom, causing air conditioning not to flow. Daryl repaired the air duct and now the room is cool again. I highly recommend Bird Family Insulation and Duct Cleaning!

Needed insulation upgrade in the attic at my new residence. Called another company first. Since I didn't know a lot about insulation, I decided to call Bird for a second opinion.Chris was extremely polite, knowledgeable and on time. The first company I called laid out a few options, but recommended foam--which is also the most expensive method. Chris suggested cellulose.When I asked Chris if foam was appropriate for my attic, he readily acknowledged that his home uses foam, but foam would be overkill when cellulose does as good a job at a fraction of the cost. That very moment when was Bird Insulation won my business. Rather than opt for what made him the most money, he instead chose professional honesty.On installation day, Beau was also courteous and extremely polite. Before the cellulose upgrade, the upper level of my condo was so hot without AC running, the thermostat read hotter than the outside air temperature. Since the cellulose was laid down, the upstairs is far more tolerable and thermostat temperature is pretty close to the air temperature. I owe that to Bird's good work. I also thank Bird for doing the right professional thing, rather than lining their pockets.

Chris came and assessed our home, gave us a quote, walked us through their process, and sent a crew out led by Jonny with Alex and Buddy. They were very informative, clean, and hard workers. Highly recommended Bird insulation.Beau was very thorough from the first phone call.Beau and his crew removed the old insulation R30 batts 24"x48" and sprayed in the new.My attic is cool now even when it's 100° degrees outsideMy a/c isn't running all day.One of my attic entrances is in the garage (pictured) and they installed this very nice zipper door to prevent heat from getting in from the garage.

Horrible heatwave and my AC couldn't keep the house under 80. Beau (and team) insulated my attic, installed soffit vents, and sealed several holes (where squirrels were coming in). I cannot believe the difference! 95 degrees outside, but my house is comfy and cool! These guys deliver high quality, professional, and detailed work. Cannot recommend more highly! So pleased!

Everything was just terrific from speaking with Dan to Chris coming to my home to evaluate my attic and Beau with his helper to complete the job everyone was very professional and a pleasure to talk to.

I'm very glad I found these guys. Attic in my home needed to get redone and was looking for someone to do the job. First Chris came out for the inspection, then about one week later. Beau came out told it would be a 4 hour job but to my surprised he got it done way faster. I'm very impressed with the work and professionalism. Highly recommend, pricing is reasonable also.

Hi there! I wanted to share my positive experience with Bird Family Insulation. These guys are truly amazing! A couple of years ago, I had insulation blown into my attic, and it has made a huge difference. From my first contact with Bob, the owner, to his sons, Beau and Chris, who did an excellent installation job, everything was perfect. They also noticed that the roof decking needed to be replaced in certain areas and provided me with the contact information of a reliable roofer who could help with the repairs. Bob's daughter, Courtney, is in charge of the office, and she was incredibly helpful with scheduling the appointment, email correspondences, and anwering my questions. I highly recommend their services! A+

I live in a house originally built in the 1940s that has vaulted ceilings in the living room and an electric heat pump. Our house just would not stay warm in the winter and can get overly warm in the summer. In order to avoid $400 electric bills each month during the winter, we just set our HVAC to a low temperature and lived off of space heaters. I researched cellulose vs. fiberglass vs. spray foam extensively and chose cellulose for the r-value benefits over fiberglass and for the lower cost vs. spray foam. Since the Bird Family installed an attic bump-up, the HVAC that used to run 10+ hours a day with no real results has run, I kid you not, maybe less than 2 hours a day. We are now warm and happy and can actually sit in the living room comfortably. I can't wait to see how it performs in the summer but I have high hopes. On top of the insulation actually making our lives better, the customer service can't be beat. Thank you so much to Dan, Chris, Johnny, and Alex for all your help!

Highly recommended. I live close to a busy highway with a house in direct sunlight all day long on 3 sides. I have an electric heat pump and high ceilings and a 20-year-old home. I could not get comfortable in my home no matter the weather, even after replacing the heat pump - so I went to Bird Insulation for a solution and I am SO glad I did. The Bird Family team did exactly what they said they would do in their detailed quote for my home's attic top-off. The team was on time, flexible, efficient, courteous and concerned that I was satisfied with the work. The price was reasonable and within my "senior budget" and I did not feel pressured at any time. My home was *immediately* more comfortable and less noisy after my attic top-off. Thank you Bird Family!

Bird Family Insulation was very easy to work with. It can be stressful to have work done inside your home, but they made it easy. They were courteous, professional and treated our home with respect, even vacuuming before they left. I was very pleased with their services and enjoyed interacting with everyone I came in contact with. I feel that we got a great price on a great product...cellulose insulation for our attic and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area considering their services.

We had a great experience with Bird Family Insulation upgrading the insulation in our attic and crawlspaces. The guys were super nice and very patient with all our questions, and they even vacuumed the entire upstairs hallway when they finished. We can't wait to see the results in cost and comfort in our home!

The Bird family are honest, trustworthy, punctual and ethical people. Beau was very professional during my estimate and transparent on pricing and options. During installation, they maintained a clean workspace in my yard and home. They really treated my property like their own. It hasn’t been an entire year but I immediately noticed a difference on my power and gas bills. I’ve seen an almost 30% savings on my gas bill this winter and 20% on my power bill in the summer. I will be using Bird Insulation for all my home’s needs moving forward.

I am amazed at what a difference insulating certain areas of my home made! No more upstairs bedrooms too hot or too cold. This company really stepped up for me ! I purchased a house that turned out to have uneven areas of heating and cooling. An energy audit revealed I had pockets of limited Insulation behind some walls and ceilings. They recommended I call Bird insulation . Beau and Chris came to the rescue and were able to access difficult areas with very little mess and did a very thorough job at a very fair price. I have no doubt my heating and cooling bills are going to change significantly as a result of their work, and also my home is now way more comfortable in extreme temperatures!

We had our roof Foam Insulated and can say that our HVAC energy consumption was reduced dramatically.Fast forward to 2023, we moved to a single story home, built in 2004. The whole Bird family is incredibly kind and knowledgeable about insulation. I live in a historic house and I had a lot of questions and Chris and Beau both helped give thorough recommendations for the best way to insulate my attic. I felt like they really knew what they were talking about and that I could trust their suggestions. They also worked incredibly hard during the removal of the old insulation from my house and the installation of the new insulation. Since it is a historic house, it was a difficult process, but I trust that they did an incredibly thorough job. The insulation has definitely helped and I am very happy that I found them! If I need to add more insulation in the future, I will most definitely use them.

I was dreading dealing with trying to get someone out to help us out underneath the house. I had gotten quotes from other companies and I was told how much work it would be. The cost was astronomical. Bird insulation made me feel like family and I felt I could trust them. The cost wasn't astronomical and Chris showed me how they would come in and clean it up. The air is not as dusty and I am very happy with the work done underneath the house. I would recommend their services. We called Bird Family Insulation (several years ago) once we realized that our attic had a ton of roaches in it (and pest control was going no where). I was told that the standard fiberglass insulation made a great home for the pest. I decided to have them remove all of the old insulation and install cellulose. I was shocked that this actually took care of my roach problem in my house. FYI they were clear that this may not fix my problem, but it did fix my problem. and my utility bills also went down Happy Wife, Happy Wallet! Thanks BFI!!!
