Rebate programs come-and-go, as do tax credits. For current, up-to-date information on tax credits, you need to speak to a tax preparer professional. As for rebates, they would be provided by your electric utility provider; ask them.

We have our own trucks, insulation rigs, and men (employees). It would be very rare for us to use a sub-contractor, except in cases of spray foam insulation, where we have unique relationships with 2 spray foam operators. If we plan to use sub-contractors on your project, we would discuss it with you before we arrived at your home. Even then, we would have a Bird Family Insulation foreman personally managing the job-site.
